As the founder/owner and vintage DP of Bad Dog Pictures, Tom’s gifts are in production problem-solving and creative solutions. He has seen it all! He has an insatiable desire to discover the latest-of-late equipment and analyze what our clients want or need.
He has a keen eye for what’s developing in technology and he’s a leader in integrating that gear and techniques into his productions.

Derek Phillips
Head of Production
If you are a producer in St. Louis and you don’t know Derek, then you haven’t had a big production. There are very few production challenges Derek has not had to tackle.
With experience as a Line Producer, AD, Equipment Rental Manager, Producer and Director, Derek has seen all sides of production. You have a production question? He has the answer. Andy Volding
Rental Manager
Although Andy is home-grown, he started his career in New York working at several rental houses after cutting his chops as a PA, grip and electric as well as a bit of audio/video integration. All of this makes him the right guy to help you with all your equipment needs.
Andrew’s favorite things about the rental business; he gets to work and play with all the cutting-edge gear and equipment. His other favorite thing? Helping young filmmakers grow and find success.

Anne Crabtree
Production Manager
Anne absolutely loves to be a part of the production world. She fully enjoys seeing projects that she helped pull together for TV, corporate theater and websites.
Whether it’s organizing a large job involving multiple cameras, lighting, and crew, she’s built a great reputation and relationship with her clients in St. Louis and beyond. She says, “when you solve a problem for a client, that’s the best feeling. It’s a good day.”
